​David 'Butch' Kriger, CIC

Bio:

Butch is a highly accomplished professional with a passion for the insurance industry. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Grove City College in 2011. Right after graduation, Butch embarked on his insurance journey with Federated Insurance, where he participated in their prestigious and industry-leading training program.

In 2016, Butch became a broker for FNB Insurance. Throughout his time there, he consistently served as a top producer and was promoted to lead their Mid-Atlantic Region in 2020.

Drawing from his vast experience working with diverse companies across multiple sectors, Butch specializes in providing insurance solutions for Technology, Manufacturing, and Trade Contractors. He possesses a proven track record of successfully educating companies on coverage options, compliance requirements, and leveraging technology to bolster their risk management programs.

In addition to his professional achievements, Butch's college years were marked by his leadership and sportsmanship. Excelling in both baseball and football at Grove City College, he proudly served as team captain for both teams.

Today, Butch resides in Baltimore, MD, alongside his wife, Hailey, son Nolan, and their dog, Charlie. Outside of work, he finds joy in staying active through running and golf, as well as spending quality time boating on the Chesapeake Bay during weekends.

Thomas T. Lankford, CPA

Bio:

Thomas is a dynamic financial professional with a passion for providing solutions and service to his relationships. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance (2011) and his Master of Professional Accountancy (2012) from Clemson University. After thirteen years of combined experience in public accounting and commercial banking, Thomas joined Kriger Insurance in April 2025 where he specializes in managing surety needs for trade contractors and real estate developers as well as providing commercial insurance solutions for various commercial businesses.

His career reflects a consistent passion for helping clients navigate complex financial and operational challenges with clarity and confidence. His unique blend of accounting, banking, and insurance experience enables him to provide a well-rounded perspective that clients can rely on for long-term success.

Outside of work, Thomas remains deeply involved in his community. He serves on the board of the Building for God Community Foundation and volunteers with Baltimore’s local First Tee Chapter. He lives in Locust Point with his dog, Renfrow, and enjoys golfing, following Clemson Athletics, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Sean Tisdale​

Bio:

Sean is a recent graduate with a service-oriented mindset and a strong dedication to building relationships . He graduated from Loyola Blakefield High School in 2021 and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky in 2025. In May 2025, Sean joined Kriger Insurance, an affiliate of Robertson Ryan Insurance, and is excited to begin his career in the industry. With a background in remote sales, Sean is eager to transition into a role where he can leverage his experience in virtual communication while fostering deeper client relationships in a more collaborative, people-focused environment.

Residing in Towson, MD, Sean enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking with his dog, Red, and spending time with family and friends. A proud Orioles and Ravens fan, he is thrilled to begin this new chapter of his career back in a familiar place after spending the past four years in Lexington, Kentucky.
